Standard shipping (3 – 7 business days): $4.00
Expedited Shipping (1 – 3 business days): $8.00
Shipping to APO’s
Shipping usually will take anywhere from 20 – 30 days. US Postal Service must be used when shipping to P.O. Boxes and APOs/FPOs. Priority delivery options (2nd Day service) is not available.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cancellation Policy
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order if it’s within the 3-5 business day processing window.

Shipping Damages
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company’s responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Rebellious Hair Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Rebellious Hair Care at rebellioushaircare@gmail.com and include your order #. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Melted Butters
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Although we make every effort to ensure your product does not melt in transit, during summer months, this is sometimes unavoidable. If your product is melted when you receive it, please place in the refrigerator to resolidify the butter.
